Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, broken or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. Once we receive the item, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Items we can't take back
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of used grooming tools, worn bandanas, or items that have been chewed or soiled, unless they arrived damaged.

Late or missing orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
