hese terms are the rules for using denandwhisker.com and buying from Den & Whisker ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

**Who we are**

Den & Whisker is an online pet store based in Nevada, United States. Our store runs on Shopify. Many of our products are made and shipped to you directly by our trusted suppliers and warehouses, which is why items can ship from different places.

**Orders and prices**

All prices are in US dollars. We try hard to show correct prices, photos and descriptions. If we make a mistake (for example a wrong price), we may cancel the order and give you a full refund. We may also cancel an order if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Product colors and sizes can look a little different on different screens. Please check the size guide on each product page.

**Shipping**

We ship to the United States only. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy. If your order is late, our Refund Policy explains how we fix it.

**Using our products safely**

Always supervise your pet with new toys, beds, bowls and grooming tools, especially at first. Remove any item that gets damaged or chewed into small pieces. Our products are not medical treatments. If your pet has anxiety, health or behavior problems, please talk to your vet.

**Discount codes**

Discount codes can only be used as described when they are offered (for example, once per customer), cannot be swapped for cash, and may end at any time.

**Our content**

The text, logo and design of this site belong to Den & Whisker or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking. Some lifestyle images on this site are illustrations made with digital tools.

**Limits of our responsibility**

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

**Privacy**

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

**Changes**

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order applies to that order.

**Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
